Menstrual Pads in 4 sizes:

Max: 16 inches long, absorbs 80-90 mL
Heavy: 13 inches long, absorbs 40-50 mL
Regular: 10 inches long, absorbs 20-30 mL
Liner: 8 inches long, absorbs 10-20 mL

HyPs reusable pads are available with or without wings (aka HyPs WoW). Most folks use 2-4 pads per day of their cycle.
