Ever had one of those "oh no" moments during your period where you suddenly feel a gush? We get it—HyPs Interlabial Pads were made just for that. These little reusable interlabial pads are designed to catch and gently spread out those unexpected flows, so you’re less likely to experience leaks. Just fold or roll, place it between the labia, and let it do its thing. They’re comfortable, discreet, and provide the perfect bit of backup when you’re using a cup, tampon, or even period underwear. Made from three layers (hello, bamboo terry and stay-dry liner!), each pad holds up to 10 ml—roughly two tampons worth. Great for light days, spotting, or as a bit of extra peace of mind on your heaviest days, these sustainable menstrual products are here to keep you dry, comfy, and feeling like your fabulous self.

Top Layer: Bamboo Stay Dry Liner (Polyester)

Absorbent Layer: Bamboo Terry (80% Rayon from Bamboo, 20% Polyester)

Wash & Care

Machine Wash

Wash soiled products within 3 days. Do not leave items unwashed longer than this to prevent odor and bacteria buildup.

Before washing, rinse heavily soiled pads under cold running water until the water runs clear. Pretreat creams or oil-based stains with a drop of blue Dawn dish soap, gently hand wash the area, and rinse thoroughly. Place small or delicate items inside a mesh laundry bag to prevent them from getting lost or caught in your machine.

Machine wash in cold water using a reputable detergent; we recommend Tide Original. Start with a cold pre-wash using about ¼ of the recommended detergent amount. Follow with a heavy-duty wash (longest cycle) in warm water up to 140°F / 60°C, using the full recommended amount of detergent. Add other laundry items for proper bulk. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

Hand Wash

Rinse under cold running water until clear. Wash in a sink or basin with detergent, agitate gently, soak for 10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

Drying

Air dry whenever possible to maintain shape and performance. If using a dryer, tumble on low heat and avoid over-drying to prevent shrinking, damage, or unnecessary wear.

Great for hemorrhoids :/

Great for Unexpected Days

I have incredibly light, barely-there periods (thanks, IUD!), so I got these to deal with the occasional spotting I still experience. But this month, I had an actual (extremely light) period, and these interlabial pads handled it just fine! I got through the entire cycle with just these pads, without needing any additional products to handle the multiple days of bleeding I was dealing with. I probably would have needed a backup pad if I still had a full period, but for a few days of light bleeding, this was everything I needed.

Great overall, especially great for sensory issues!

I’ve probably tried every type of period product out there trying to find a safe and sustainable option that checks all the boxes. I would always end up going back to tampons because cups, pads, panties etc were a sensory no-go.

Friends, my search is finally over. These little guys have it all. Comfortable, discreet, stays in place, and they meet my sensory needs (don’t feel wet/damp, bulky, or constrict movement). I pair them with reusable pads on heavier days, and for lighter days they are perfect by themselves. They are a great option if you’re traveling since they don’t take up much space. I’ve worn them while sleeping, working out, even hiking and completely forget that they were there.

I'm actually surprised

I didn't have super high hopes of this being comfortable but I'm actually surprised. You forget it's there. Great for the last day of cycle, or in case you get that leak after you think you're finished. Easy to keep clean ones in a purse pocket for when you suddenly start too. Just don't forget it's there when you're going to the bathroom-yes, that comfortable.

Stays in Place

Wanted something to help with hygiene and sweat when working or at the gym, and I am shocked at how comfortable they are. Plus, they stay in place even when on the treadmill! Could not have asked for a better product, and I recommend getting the wash bag too if you don’t already have one.
