  1. Keeping your breast pads clean is easy with our recommended wash routine. If you cloth diaper, simply toss them in with your regular diaper wash, following the Lil Helper approved wash routine. Just be sure to rinse off any nipple cream beforehand.

  2. If you’re not using cloth diapers, no problem! You can wash them with your regular laundry—just place them in a mesh garment bag for extra protection. Avoid hot water and high heat drying to maintain their durability.

Each pad is made from three action packed layers including :
  • A wicking, antimicrobial stay dry layer composed of bamboo and polyester (won't stick!)
  • A plush absorbing bamboo terry layer.
  • And a waterproof PUL layer.
The overnight pads have extra bamboo terry to increase absorbency!
Our Regular breastpads can absorb 10 mL before they feel saturated enough to really need a change, and our Overnights can do the same with 25 mL.
We recommend 3 packs of Regular, and 2 packs of Overnight, if you plan on using these full time. But it depends a lot on how often you will wash them, and how heavy and regular your let down (leaking) is.
Yes you can! If you do, we recommend keeping a look out for repelling and treating with a dawn dish soap scrub if you notice any.
Always use a mesh laundry bag to keep them safe in the wash. Wash with your regular or cloth diaper laundry. Remember to rinse off any nipple cream before washing. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. This is a great Blog Post with more information.
Regular breast pads and overnight ones have a very similar make up. The overnights are larger in diameter and they are a bit more absorbent. The regular pads use a white PUL to make sure they are not seen through clothing, however the overnight pads come in many of your favourite prints! This is a great video with more details.
Regular breast pads are approximately 4.5 inches from top to bottom and approximately 4 inches across. Overnight breastpads are approximately 5 inches by 5 inches. Keep in mind that the unique concave and tear drop shape of our breastpads makes these measurements approximate.
Definitely, we even recommend them for folks with large breasts or those who overproduce. Just be aware that depending on what you are wearing the prints may show through your shirts (regular breastpads have a plain white backing).

Much better than other options

These stay put unlike other ones I have that slide and don't catch anything because they are in the wrong place. They also hold so much so I don't wake up in a puddle 🫣

Great size and soft!

I got two packs of these covers for when I start breastfeeding and so far haven’t had any major leakage to really test these, but testing them out and with light leakage they seem perfect and a great soft alternative to disposables!

Game changer!

These pads are an absolute must have if you are breastfeeding! I'm such a leaky lady and I can't believe how much these absorb even during my feedings. I can comfortably go about my day and not worry about leaking through all my layers. Even cut down on the about of laundry I've been doing. Extremely comfortable to wear and super cute. They fit so well compared to other pads that create weird folds and let liquid leak out. All in all absolutely incredible product that you will wish you had sooner!
