Every Lil Helper diaper comes with a Tank Insert Set, one small charcoal insert and one large bamboo insert, ready to use out of the box. Charcoal Inserts wick moisture away for a stay-dry finish and won't stain, great for everyday use and rash-prone skin. Bamboo Inserts hold more and resist compression leaks, but let baby feel the wetness, handy for daily wetness checks and later, potty training. For overnight, the Overnight Insert Set brings 8 layers built for 10–12 hour stretches. Need extra protection without bulk? A Booster adds absorbency on top of any insert, stay-dry-side up for heavy wetters, flipped over for potty training, or tucked into a disposable diaper for travel. All inserts are interchangeable across any Lil Helper cover, including older print generations.

Poop Cleanup, Without the Mess

Liners sit on top of your insert and make solid waste disposal simple. The Reusable Bamboo Stay Dry Liner disperses pee evenly and lets solids lift right off into the toilet; it washes and reuses with your regular diaper laundry, no throwing away required. For the newborn stage or on-the-go changes, Disposable Liners are 100% bamboo viscose and biodegradable: drop solids in the toilet, then toss the liner in the trash or green bin.

What Do I Actually Need?

Nothing, yet; your diaper's included Tank Insert Set is a complete, ready-to-use system. As you build your stash, here's the order that makes sense: start with Disposable Liners for easy newborn cleanup, add a Reusable BSDL once you're in a routine, pick up one extra Charcoal or Bamboo insert set for backup absorbency, and hold off on Boosters until you notice a specific need, like leaks or a heavy wetter. Overnight Inserts are reserved for long stretches only.

This System Grows With You

Cloth diapering isn't just a newborn phase, and neither is this insert-liner-booster system. Heavy wetter at any age? Stack a bamboo insert with a booster for extra capacity without added bulk. Starting potty training? Switch to bamboo inserts, or flip a booster, so your toddler feels wet and connects the dots. Heading out for travel or daycare?
