What's Included

6 Tank Cloth Diapers (each comes with a Tank Insert Set already included). Your go-to cover, built to last from newborn through potty training. Snap-adjustable rise fits 7–35 lbs, so one diaper grows with your baby, no buying up a size every few months.

4 Extra Tank Insert Sets (total of 10 insert sets). Here's the magic: you don't need to change the whole diaper every time. Swap just the insert, reuse the cover, and stretch your stash further. These Tank Inserts hold up to 270 mL; even the heaviest wetters are covered.

Each Tank Insert Set includes:

-Small charcoal insert — stay-dry feel, hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial

-Large bamboo insert with waterproof PUL backing — maximum absorbency, leak protection built right in

Why Parents Choose the Day Pack

It's the math that makes sense. One Day Pack = one full day of diapering. Three Day Packs = full-time cloth diapering with laundry every 2–3 days. Simple.

Save 25% versus buying separately. This bundle is the most cost-effective way to get started or build your stash.

One size really does fit all. From a 7 lb newborn to a 35 lb toddler — adjustable rise snaps mean you're never buying another size. Even works for twins, since covers are fully interchangeable.

Materials of the product

Cloth diapering isn't complicated — here's all you need to know:

Step 1 — Remove solids. Shake or rinse off any solid waste before storing in your wet bag until wash day. For heavily soiled items, rinse under cold water until it runs clear.

Step 2 — Pre-wash. Run a short warm-water cycle (up to 140°F / 60°C) with detergent (we recommend Tide Original to Line 1). This lifts the bulk of mess before the main wash.

Step 3 — Main wash. Run your longest, heaviest cycle in warm or cold water with the full recommended detergent amount. Add other laundry items to create a full load — agitation matters.

Step 4 — Dry. Hang to dry whenever you can — it extends the life of the PUL and is gentler on the planet. In a rush? Tumble dry covers on low (remove after 10–20 min); inserts can handle medium heat.

No dryer sheets. No fabric softener. Ever. They wreck absorbency.

+ 10 Changes, Not 6

How Many Cloth Diapers Do I Actually Need?

Great news: we’ve done the math for you. Babies average about 10 diaper changes a day, more when they’re newborns, fewer as they get older. The real variable? Your laundry schedule.

If you wash every other day, 2–3 Day Packs is your sweet spot. Prefer a 3-day wash cycle? Grab 4 packs so you always have clean diapers ready to go; no scrambling, no stress.

One Day Pack = one full day covered. Build your stash from there.

The Cloth Diaper That Actually Works

No leaks. No rash. No compromises.

The Tank Cloth Diaper is engineered for real life, combining a waterproof PUL shell, ultra-absorbent bamboo and charcoal layers, and our two-piece Tank Insert System that holds up to 270 mL. The result? Reliable protection for 12+ hours, even for the heaviest wetters.

From nap time to overnight, it just works.

Snap It On. Go Live Your Life.

If you can snap a onesie, you can use a Lil Helper.

The Tank’s one-size adjustable design fits from newborn through potty training, no guessing, no stuffing, no prep. Guide snaps take the guesswork out of fit as your baby grows. Just snap the inserts in, put the diaper on, and you’re done.

Wash day is just as easy: rinse solids, run the machine, hang or tumble dry. That’s it.

One Diaper. Years of Changes

The Tank Cloth Diaper is built to go the distance, from 7 lbs to 35 lbs, and often through multiple children. Premium elastics, durable plastic snaps, and Oeko-Tex certified PUL fabric hold up to years of wear and washing without losing shape or performance.

That’s less waste, more savings, and a diaper that gives back far more than it costs.

It depends on your laundry schedule. Babies average about 10 changes a day, and one Day Pack covers exactly that. For laundry every other day, 2–3 packs is the sweet spot. Washing every 3 days? Grab 4 to keep a buffer. Not sure where to start? Most full-time cloth diapering families do great with 3.
Each diaper cover can be reused through more than one change — you just swap out the insert. So 6 covers + 10 insert sets = 10 total changes. It’s a smarter system that saves you money and laundry.
Yes. The Tank is one-size and fits 7–35 lbs using adjustable snap settings. Not sure how to get the fit right? Use our free Fit Guide App — it walks you through it step by step, whether you’ve got a sleepy newborn or a squirmy toddler.
That’s exactly what the Tank Insert System was designed for. The large bamboo insert holds up to 270 mL with a waterproof PUL backing, so moisture stays in the diaper, not on your baby — or your couch. For overnight or extra-heavy wetters, you can boost absorbency with our Overnight Insert Sets.
We’d recommend skipping it. Cream residue coats the fabric and kills absorbency over time. The good news: most babies don’t need cream with cloth. The charcoal insert is naturally moisture-wicking and antimicrobial, which means drier skin and fewer rashes to begin with. If irritation does happen, open-air time on a Lifesaver Mat works wonders.
Easier than you’d think. Remove solids, unsnap everything, run a short warm pre-wash, then a full heavy-duty cycle with detergent (we recommend Tide Original). Hang to dry when you can — tumble dry low if you’re in a rush. No dryer sheets, no fabric softener. That’s it. Need a personalized routine? Try our Wash Routine App.
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials. And if something truly unexpected happens — like a pregnancy loss — our God Forbid Guarantee means we’ll refund your entire purchase, no questions asked. We mean it. Read the full story here.
We get it. First-time customers can try a single Tank Cloth Diaper at 50% off through our Trial Diaper program. Test the fit, the feel, the whole system — then decide. (Fair warning: most people come back for more.)

Ignorance Was Bliss. Then I Bought These.

I bought five cloth nappies from Lil Helper as a “try a few” before our first baby arrived a month ago. Regret. Because now I know the standard cloth nappies can have, and there’s no going back.

The fit is excellent and highly adjustable, they’re intuitive to use, and the prints are genuinely fun. We’re still using only the small insert as our baby is just reaching 4 kg, and we’ve had zero leaks with these. Ironically, our first leaks were with disposables, and the only cloth leak we’ve had was with another (very popular) brand we own. Those are fine. Just… fine. These are better. Unfairly better.

So now I catch myself annoyed when all the Lil Helper nappies are in the wash, even though I still have a perfectly usable stash of others ready to go. I have literally rushed laundry cycles because I wanted these back. That should tell you everything!

The quality absolutely justifies the price. Materials, stitching, design, functionality… all excellent. The tutorials, videos, quizzes, and website in general are genuinely helpful and make cloth nappying feel ridiculously easy.

One star off only because they’re on the other side of the planet, which means painful import fees and no local retailers where I live. Not really their fault, but my wallet is still offended... ;)

Long story short: worth the money, dangerous to your expectations, and yes, I am currently ordering more. My life will never be the same, apparently.

Easy to use!

Our little one is 2 months, and we've been using Lottle Helper cloth diapers since he was 3 weeks old. What we love about them is that they're soft and he seems comfortable in them. We also love that they're easy to use - unsnap a wet liner and snap in a fresh one quickly, or grab a fresh cover & liner if needed. As our baby is so young and small, we've only been using the small charcoal liner.
With a young baby, you will definitely need MORE liners than the daypack comes with. We have 2 day packs, plus another 4 sets of The Tank liners. That's just because the outer covers can reliably last 2-3 diaper changes, so we just needed more liners to match the amount of covers we had.
The only difficulty we have had is sizing; it's been tricky to make the waistband fit perfectly. Our little one did great with the tightest snaps but as he's grown, the tightest snaps are a little too tight but loosening by even one snap is a little too loose on him. Hopefully this is a very temporary problem though. Overall we love the diapers!

Day pack

The day pack does more then it's name suggests, we purchased the day pack to add to our mystery 4 pack bundle and free trial nappy. Added together we basically have 2 day packs but we've found on some weeks we can stretch the wash to 3 days and wash over night. This was at 2 month old and now that he sleeps through at 3 months we can sometimes make it to 4 days! They have been approved by our lil' cloth king.

Amazing product!

I’ve been a TikTok supporter for almost a year, now that I have a baby I knew I wanted to order a day pack. It came very quickly and with a beautiful note! We love these diapers so much and they’re already being put to good use! We love that each diaper comes with two inserts and that everything seems beautifully made. ❤️ We will definitely be ordering more and I can’t wait to see how these grow with our beautiful boy. Thank you Little Helpers y’all are truly live savers

Amazing!!

I bought these in February in anticipation for our little one in July. Fast forward to him being 3 weeks old and we just made the switch today. ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE WAIT. These are incredibly easy, comfy and most importantly absorbent. So happy I bought the day pack. I will definitely be buying more. We have been using cloth wipes since he was born and that was a nice transition to full cloth system. Easy peasy. Thank you!!
