I loved that once I contacted the company I was able to get a repair kit. Haven’t got it in yet but looks easy enough.

The drawstring that came with the large wetbag broke on the first use when I tried to close the bag. When we tried to retie it it just kept breaking. The delight team sent me this replacement right away and it is so much better! Much better quality and the tool to pull the string through is very snazzy!
