In a mystery pack I recieved a diaper missing a snap. Contacted thr delight team and they promptly replaced the cover. Amazing experience dealing with the delight team and will never stop recommending this company. It helps that I'm obsessed with this company and their diapers.

We love our lil helper diapers! This was a replacement after we received one with a broken snap. They sent it off quickly and it was no issue!

I had an issue with a snap falling off one of our many lil'helper diapers after a year and a half of use - I contacted customer service to see if I could buy replacement snaps. You can't - but they offered to replace the cover instead even though I was well out of the warranty period.
