Hey Endo suffragette here, can I get gross for a moment? I have very heavy periods due to my endometriosis and these reusable pads are the best I’ve ever used! I’ve used other kinds and period undies and these are simply the best. When I bled through an overnight pair of period undies in under 2 hours these HyPs were there to save me! And they’re super easy to clean and come clean BETTER than others I’ve used. If you’re on the fence about buying these, Do It!
Very happy because of the attention to details put into this wetbag. Love that it's very big to storage my cloth pads for laundry, a snapped loop on each side to securely hang it & a nice zipper instead of the drawstring originally. No leaking & really appreciate the cute prints! No wonder it keeps selling out!
Perfect for nighttime, super-long and absorbant, plus very comfortable. Definitely recommended.
These pads are comfortable and absorbant.
I highly recommend them.
These little gals do such a great job! I typically use period underwear on its own but was finding that my flow was concentrating in the center and I was only oversaturating the center & nothing else. I've added these to my routine and they're a game changer. They catch that initial gush, do help to direct my flow, and greatly extend the amount of mileage I get out of my underwear so that I don't have to change as often. They don't direct the flow as much as I'd hoped but the extra absorbency has been excellent. My only downside is I find them hard to get completely stain free when I wash them - but I'm sure that has more to do with my wash methods than the product as I don't wash immediately after use. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be purchasing more in the future!
Honestly, I don't understand how such a thin, lightweight towel can be so absorbent. But it is! Fits into a bag really well and dries both me and my kid.
I bought some HyPs in Jan. 2024. I had been tired of buying one-time-use pads again and again. It was a constant cost. I had also been not liking how wasteful it was and how I was contributing to more garbage that couldn't be recycled. I also realized that my skin was allergic to the bleach that they use in some brands. I had seen Lil Helper videos online and seen Mo's heartwarming, wholesome, and hilarious videos for a while. In the new year, I pulled the plug and gave them a try. Because my period can be heavy (but varies sometimes), I got 8 total HyPs, all with wings (3 heavys, 3 regulars, 2 liners), and combo bag. Over a year later, I am so very thankful that I pulled that plug. I couldn't be happier! They are amazing! And now in May 2025, almost a year and a half later, they still feel and look brand new. The combo bag makes it so easy to carry both used and unused HyPs where needed. It's so easy to wash. It's discreet and I love the color. I absolutely love it and I'm so happy with it. Mo and his team are true geniuses. You can tell that their products are made with love and care. Mo and Team: Thank you for all that you do. Much love to you all!!

They absorb so much. They are so easy to work with. They're soft and feel better than one-time-use pads. After a warm rinse in the sink, they go right into the laundry and come out right as rain. They are eco-friendly, and compared to what I would have paid for one-time-use pads, are such a cheaper option. I absolutely love them and I'm so happy with them. Mo and his team are true geniuses. These saved the cloth carseats from wet dogs more than once! Love them!
This is the best thing ever! Keeps the whole bed dry! I absolutely love it!
Absolutely love this little towel, I love that for someone who rides their bike and takes City Transit a lot, it's extremely packable. Even for a camping trip I think it would be an excellent addition. I gave it a shot when I mistakenly took a shower without having any clean towels, it dried me so quick and within about 10 minutes it was dry enough for me to use it for my dog's bath as well 😂♥️ really love this company and all that they stand for so I really wanted to buy one of their products to support them. I was really shocked at how fast it dried and I really like that you can wear it as a little cape! Really nice print as well. Thank you!
We started using these with my daughter when she was still in standard newborn size diapers. We are now several months in and we LOVE these diapers. Cleaning them is easy, I love the colorful prints, and the tank inserts are quite simply TANKS. We’ve had maybe one leak and that let us know it was time to size up the rise - and no problems since. My friends’ babies are constantly having blowouts but we have entirely escaped that so far. My daughter will sometimes hold poop for several days but the elastic at the waist and legs still manages to hold it in when the “poopocalypse” hits. Although we were gifted many disposable diapers at our shower, we’ve only used a handful of each size because we lil helpers so much. A dry bag for dirty diapers makes it easy to use these when out of the house, and a little sprayer on our toilet makes poop removal a breeze. These were an investment but I am so glad we took the plunge.
When potty training my daughter I wanted to completely switch to underwear so she would still feel wet, but I also wanted something absorbent enough that I wasn't giving her daycare teachers a whole complicated clean up situation. I did some research and found these. I purchased 9 of them because we don't have laundry in our house and I wanted to leave space for accidents while not having to run to the laundromat every other day. The price for 9 was....a lot (thankfully bundling helped with $). I felt a bit insane dropping that much on these, especially not knowing whether I'd like them enough. But I do not regret my purchase AT ALL. These are insanely absorbent, while also still somehow leaving her feeling "wet" enough to pick up on potty training cues. Whenever my daughter would have a pee accident overnight it would wake her up enough to call for us, but it absorbed well enough that her sheets her dry! Her PJ pants were honestly only a little damp. If I didn't know she had peed I would have assumed it was sweat-- that's how little liquid made it out of the training pants! When she would have accidents at school she wouldn't get any pee on her socks! Which, if you have potty trained a kid you know is kind of a bit deal.
They're also incredibly easy to rinse out and pre-clean while they waited for us to get to the laundromat. I thought the fleecey lining would be tough for poop accidents but it literally slid right off, or rinsed off easily under running water.
And since we went fully diaperless for potty training, these bad boys experienced A LOT of accidents. And therefore A LOT of rinsing, soaking, and washing. And they are still soft, barely faded, and holding up super well. I can definitely keep these for a future kid without worrying they're too worn or stained or dirty.
We are done with potty training now, but what compelled me to come back to write this review is that my daughter refuses to stop wearing them because they're so comfy! For a while, we've only been putting them on her at night, because she's been accident free during the day. She's been accident free at night for a while now, too, and she's honestly starting to outgrow them, but she has resisted our suggestions to wear regular underwear to sleep because they're so comfy! Which, I can totally understand. The fleece lining seems so snug and cozy! So, I suppose we will keep wearing them until they are too small, and then we will have to comfort her through the disappointment of having to store them away. Maybe comfy kids underwear that are thinner but with the fleecy lining might be in the works one day? Hehe!
